Frog Juicer Wiring for Peco Electrofrog

Wiring Steps

   Cut the jumper wires under the Electrofrog turnout that connect frog to stock rails

2. 2

   Connect track bus feeders to the stock rails as normal

3. 3

   Connect the frog juicer input to your track bus (both rails)

4. 4

   Run a wire from the frog juicer output to the frog

5. 5

   Test by rolling a locomotive slowly through - no shorts should occur

Tips for Success

• Electrofrog points have better electrical contact than Insulfrog
• One frog juicer per turnout for best reliability
• Multi-output frog juicers can handle several turnouts
• No additional insulated joiners needed at the frog
• Works automatically - no connection to switch machine needed
