1. Get an Arduino

Start with an Arduino Uno or Nano - affordable and widely supported. Many projects here use the compact Nano.

2. Install the IDE

Download the free Arduino IDE from arduino.cc. It works on Windows, Mac, and Linux.

3. Start Simple

Begin with the Signal Mast Controller or Servo Animation - both are great beginner projects.
